Принятие верного решения надо, поскольку из-за этого, равно как не делать ошибок, хотя бы мелких, зависит ваша будущая карьера, в связи с чем время от времени разумнее будет поручить работу профессионалам, заказать диссертацию а не наделать ее собственноручно.
